Remote team communication
In the transition to remote work, one of the main difficulties for the manager and employees remains the issue of communication with each other. Teamon.live will provide reliable and uninterrupted user interaction between each other in various ways. Remote employees can communicate with each other using the following tools:
Virtual room
Employees can be united in a common virtual room, where they will be available to each other's screens, chat, and calls.
Screen monitoring
Remote employees in the same virtual room can see and interact with each other's screens. In addition, you can share the screen with that employee who is not in the room, but who is present in the company, to resolve any issue.
Chat
Users in the same room can leave messages and reply to each other in the general chat.
Calls
Users in the same room can make calls to each other. You can call an employee by clicking on the corresponding button on his screen.
Group calls
In addition to individual calls, employees can start a conference with several or all users. During a group call, the user can also turn on his screen and show what is happening on it to other users.
File storage
Teamon.live will provide a repository of all transferred files, which will help the user easily find any file that was sent earlier. More information about file storage is available here.
P2P file transfer
Transferring files through P2P will allow users to share files directly in Teamon.live. Files are transferred directly, directly from one user to another.
